What this page is for
Questions about the review itself: something that is unclear, a claim you have seen and want to know how it is graded, a source you think should be reflected, or a correction you would like to suggest. These are welcome, and corrections are made to the page rather than noted elsewhere.
What this site does not do
This review does not recommend for or against any treatment programme, and it does not offer an assessment or a consultation in relation to anything it describes. It is not a booking page. There is no service offered here for any injectable, device or topical treatment, and nothing on this site should be read as an invitation to arrange one.
Questions about your own plan
A question about your own situation — whether a sequence is appropriate for you, how long an interval should be, whether one treatment would answer the question first — is a clinical question and belongs with a clinician who can examine you and see your history. The hospital’s outpatient channels are the right route for that, and the appointments page explains how they work.
If something is not settling after treatment
Increasing pain, spreading redness or warmth, blistering, or a change in vision or skin colour after an injectable is assessed by a clinician rather than discussed on a website. Contact the service that performed the treatment first, because it holds the record of what was done, and use the hospital’s emergency channels if the symptoms are severe.
